How To Use
_ Start assessing your endurance with half a dose of NITRAFLEX mixed with 140 ml of cold water. Take it within 30 minutes before exercising.
_ Depending on tolerance, mix one dose (one scoop) of NITRAFLEX with (220 to 280) ml of cold water and drink it within 30 minutes before exercising. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime
