A small piece of diet chocolate


Dinner:


A piece of low-fat cheese or a boiled egg

A cup of fresh juice

10 black olives



Note:


You can eat any amount of vegetables if you feel hungry at any time.

Drink 8 glasses of water daily.

It is preferable to avoid excessive salt to prevent water retention in the body.
