Snack:


Any type of vegetables

Unsweetened tea or coffee

1 apple or orange


Dinner:


A piece of cheese or a boiled egg

A cup of fresh juice

A quarter of black bread

10 black olives


Notes


You can eat any amount of vegetables if you feel hungry at any time.

Drink 8 glasses of water daily.

It is preferable to avoid excessive salt to prevent water retention in the body.
